G Luxe Detailing Terms & Conditions
Welcome to G-Luxe Detailing. Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our mobile car detailing services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Service Booking and Payment
1.1 Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email from gluxedetailingandvaleting@gmail.com.
1.2. All service bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit will be redeemable against the total service cost.
1.3. Full payment is due immediately upon completion. Payment for our services can be made in cash or through approved electronic payments such as card payment or bank transfer at the time of service or in advance if requested.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
2.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, G-Luxe Detailing require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice without incurring any additional charges. Any cancellation or amendments to bookings made within 48 hours you will be liable for 50% of the service cost. Cancellation or amendments within 24 hours will result in the customer being liable for 100% of the service cost.
2.2. Any cancellations or amendments to your booking must be made via our contact number 07495362009 or email gluxedetailingandvaleting@gmail.com.
2.3. All account debts must be made prior to re-booking with us.
3. Vehicle Assessment
3.1. You are responsible for disclosing the accurate condition of your vehicle, including any pre-existing damage or issues, before the service begins.
3.2. Prior to work commencing on the day of your booking, G Luxe Detailing will conduct a full vehicle damage report. The damage report must be signed by the owner of the vehicle or the person who has been given consent to sign the vehicle damage report on behalf of the owner.
3.3. When completing the damage report if G Luxe Detailing identify any body damage, including scratches, dents and scuffs, this will be presented to you. If you are not satisfied with the vehicle assessment conducted by G luxe Detailing, you should not sign the damage report and raise any concerns immediately, prior to work commencing.
4. Access and Location
4.1. You must ensure that we have access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location. Any delays or difficulties in accessing your vehicle may result in a rescheduling fee.
4.2. G Luxe Detailing require a minimum of 3-4ft space around the vehicle situated off-street to complete our services. Should this not be possible, we may not be able to carry out work requested, and you will be subject to a rescheduling or cancellation fee.
4.3. If you are concerned about space available or location of your vehicle, please ensure this is raised prior to confirming your booking via our contact number 07495362009 or email gluxedetailingandvaleting@gmail.com. Failure to do so could compromise your booking.
4.4. G Luxe Detailing reserve the right to refuse conducting work on your vehicle if they are unable to access your vehicle or there is not sufficient space.
5. Weather Conditions
5.1. As a mobile detailing and valeting business, the weather conditions could impact our ability to fulfil confirmed bookings.
5.2. G Luxe Detailing reserve the right to reschedule a confirmed booking if the weather conditions prevent our services being completed. We endeavour to reschedule your booking at the earliest possible date agreed between G Luxe Detailing and yourself.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1. G Luxe Detailing recommend removing all valuable items from your vehicle before the service to prevent loss or damage of these.
6.2. While we take utmost care in our services, we carry liability insurance, and any claims for damage or loss must be reported to us immediately. We will work with you and our insurance provider to resolve such claims.
7. Maintenance Plan
7.1. If you require us to cancel or reschedule your Maintenance Plan valet, G Luxe Detailing require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any cancellations or amendments to bookings, you will be liable for 50% of the service cost. Cancellation or amendments within 24 hours will result in the customer being liable for 100% of the service cost.

7.3. If you are unable to reschedule your valet within the agreed time frame of your Maintenance Plan, additional charges will apply due to extra time required to bring the vehicle back to the standard initially set.
7.4. If your car is in a dirtier condition than usual, it is your responsibility inform us prior to our next agreed booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges as extra time may be required to complete the service.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
8.1. We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please ensure you inform us on the day of completion of service, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
9. Pricing and Additional Services
9.1. Our pricing may vary based on the type and size of the vehicle, as well as the specific services requested. Any additional services requested during the service may incur additional charges.
10. Safety
10.1. Following the completion of our services, it is the responsibility of the owners to refit child seat and belongings that may be have been removed to complete our services.
11. Complaints and Feedback

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
12.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
12.2. By using our mobile car detailing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
